BOOTCAMP
BOOTCAMP is full body workout using a variety of easy to follow cardio and strength training moves. You will utilize your body weight, resitance tubing, and/or weights to maximize your workout. Modifications are provided for all fitness levels. This class is 45 minutes.
CIZE LIVE
CIZE LIVE is a professionally choreographed dance-fitness class that's high energy, (mostly) low impact, and is for EVERYONE! The routine is broken down so that anyone can dance! It's so fun, so excting, that it doesn't feel like a workout - but it will burn some serious calories! Are you ready to CIZE IT UP?!
FUNctional TRAINING
FUNctional TRAINING is a circuit training class that has your everyday activities in mind. Exercises will mimic activities you already do!!! Easy to follow and highly effective. Modifications are give for all fitness levels.
JUST STEP
JUST STEP is just was it says, 1 hour of step aerobics. You will be lead through choreographed step patterns in this moderate to high intesity step aerobics class. Please RSVP your spot as steps are limited.
PiYo® LIVE
PiYo® LIVE is a Pilates and Yoga inspired fitness class that combines the mu scle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. But, make no mistake, this ain’t your mama’s yoga. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique.
TABATA BOOTCAMP
TABATA BOOTCAMP is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Class that uses negative recovering time to maximize calorie burn not only during your workout, but increases the after burn as well. I provide you with resistance tubing and glides to maximize your workout.
Modifications are give for all fitness levels. Please BYO yoga mat. This class is 45 minutes.
